They Say: Owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan, this oceanfront beach resort hotel is house in 2 art deco-style towers within walking distance of Vero Beach’s shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the beach itself.
The chic, sophisticated rooms all have balconies, en suite limestone bathrooms featuring twin showerheads and built-in benches, teak furniture, Egyptian cotton bedding and come with iPod docks, flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. Some rooms have private beachfront gardens and others have ocean views.

October 13, 2017 Friday night at the Wave Kitchen and Bar at Costa d’Este here on the beach in Vero Beach. For those of you who don’t know this property is owned by Gloria Estefan and her husband.
Paella is a complete meal in a pan. One of the Important ingredients is rice. The rice should be medium grain. Spanish rice is rounded and short; it absorbs liquid very well, and it stays relatively firm during cooking. You can make this dish at home but to do it right takes a lot of time many ingredients and TLC. The Wave Kitchen will have it ready for you in 20 minutes. Dinner for two including wine and dessert for one not including tip about $100.00. I could have Paella at leat once a month.

Clams, Mussels, Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, Chorizo, Chicken, Peppers, Peas.
Thursday night is Paella night here at the Wave Kitchen when they serve 5 different styles of Paella. However, traditional Paella is always on the menu every night. This dish has been a favorite of mine after living in Panama in the 60’s. Gloria’s Wave Kitchen Chefs make this as good or better than I have ever had. BTW, they also have a Vegetable version of this dish daily as well.
