10/21/16: Saturday night at the Patio Bar. The weather is perfect to dine outside here at the Tides, 72 degrees.
I had the “Warm Pear Salad” and the Fabulous “Prince Edward Island (PEI) Mussels.” These mussels are sweet and tender. Mine were larger than normal. They are done in a white wine and shallot broth. Equally as good is the remaining “bread dipping sauce”. For me, I eat it as a wonderful soup.
Chef Leanne has decked out the wait staff in all new classy, white shirts and Grey Plaid Ties. The ambiance then is even more delightful. The food impeccable. For those who enjoy variety, each night the Chef shows her amazing creativity with specials.
As always, outstanding service from Greg the Bartender. You won’t find a meal anywhere in Vero Beach as excellent as the Tides. We dine out almost every night. You will find us at the Tides at least 2 times a week, sometimes more. Yes, it’s that good.
